The Origin Reconsidered

India is rarely associated with specialty coffee.

But across select regions, a quiet shift is underway - driven by altitude, biodiversity, and progressive processing.

The Journey Begins at Ratnagiri Estate

At Ratnagiri Estate in Karnataka, the shift is tangible.

Shade-grown under a diverse canopy and managed with precision, the estate represents a new expression of Indian coffee.

The Process

A controlled 96-hour yeast fermentation enhances clarity and fruit character, resulting in a structured, expressive cup.

The Roast

Roasted in the UK in small batches, each profile is developed to preserve clarity, structure, and the fruit-forward character of the coffee.

A light omni-roast approach allows the coffee to express itself across both filter and espresso.

In the Cup

Bright, tropical, and clean - with notes of mango, orange candy, and marzipan.
