Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, but most UK orders arrive within a few days of dispatch.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns on coffee as these are perishable.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pathwayscoffee.co.uk.

We will review each case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Additional Note

We recommend checking your order upon arrival and storing coffee in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.
